Hartz Mountain Industries, Inc.

Perry Frenzel has been with Hartz Mountain since 1990, serving as Vice President of Development and Engineering since 1994. In this capacity, he is responsible for the preparation of all site plans for new construction and expansions of existing buildings within the corporate portfolio. Related duties include the coordination of various design and technical consultants including geotechnical, civil design and traffic.
Prior to joining Hartz, Perry was the Principal Associate in a consulting engineering firm and also served as Chief Engineer/Director of Engineering for the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission, the regional state zoning and planning authority having jurisdiction over 14 towns within the geographic region known as Hackensack Meadowlands.
    Perry holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in the field of Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, where he also persued graduate studies in Environmental Engineering. He is licensed in the State of New Jersey as both a Professional Engineer and Professional Planner.

Rich Fritzky, who served as President of the Meadowlands Regional Chamber of Commerce for more than 20 years, presently serves as a consultant to the Chamber and to other businesses and organizations in the region. He continues to serve as a member of the New Jersey Sports & Expansion Authority’s Business Advisory Committee and as a member of the New Jersey Meadowlands Commission’s Master Plan Review Advisory Committee.
    He is a former member of both the New Jersey Planning Commission and the State Employment and Training Commission as well as the first Chair of the York Street Project in Jersey City and Co-Chair of the 1998 New Jersey Task Force on Adult Literacy.
    Also a member of the adjunct faculty of Fairleigh Dickinson University, he and his wife, Maggie, reside in Byram Township. They are the proud parents of 12 children.
